In this post, we will tell you how to turn this feature off on Android and iOS. Thankfully, the last seen feature is not shown next to the Instagram posts. It is available in your Direct Inbox. For those not in the know, open Direct messages on your Instagram app and you will see Active __ ago label under each name. If you notice carefully, some users don’t have the Last active label. Well, that’s because the Active status is only shown for the messages where sender and receiver both follow each other. However, if you have a message from someone in your Direct inbox whom you have unfollowed, you will still be able to see their Active status.
